Thursday's Homework!

Hey everyone! Here's todays homework:

Math-Finish the circled questions (1,2,6,7)

English on Tuesday:
Read the Haiti article and answer 1-5 in your notebooks

Every Day 10 we are going to have library book exchange and a french book report is due.

Wednesday's Homework !

Math - Do the problem Mr.Matte gave us and solve it like the one we did in class today. Also, finish the journal. It's due TOMORROW.

S.S. - Read pg.10-13 and take notes. Use proper grammar ! 

Health (Girls) - We will have a health test on Monday Oct.4, and if we have an assembly on that day, it will be on Wednesday Oct. 6.

For those who are turning 13 this school year, and take the bus, TTC photos are tomorrow ! So bring 5$

If you haven't already, Bring in your toonie for toonie terry tuesday !

Tomorrow is the Ottawa Information Night, so if you are interested in going, you should go. 

Hand in scholastic if you are buying. 

Terry Fox Run is TOMORROW ! So bring a water bottle & don't forget your gym shirt !

I did not put this on the original homework post because i wanted to do it sepperatly because it would be to long.....anyways here is th Girls Health homework:

-We have Health test on Monday, October, 4, 2010 and if we have the assembly on that day......it will be on Wedensday, October, 6, 2010

Tuesday's Homework! :)

Heyyyyy guys.....what a long day ( if you know what I mean.... *COUGH,COUGH F.S* . :( ..) anyways here is todays homework:

Math:
-Finish the math journal on squares and square roots (the one from today....)
-if you didnt hand in the journal that was do due today do so tomorrow (I don't think there was anybody)

French:
-there is a french test TOMORROW!!!! on the Ce,Cette,Cet and Ces stuff

English:
-there is also a English test TOMORROW!!!! on the Language Power worksheets we did (grammar sheets)

S.S:
-Read pages:10-13
-Take notes on pages:10-13
-Mme.Mihilescu will be collecting them later.....I don't know if it is due on Wednesday or Thursday....

F.S:
-So just to be safe I'M doing the pages between "safety first" and "moving out" but that is just what I'M doing and I suggest you do to because she said next time we will be working on "Moving out" so I just want to catch up...... you can to but i am not held responsible for anything......(if it's bad....)

Science:
-For those who don't know I think we will be working on our Letter "e" thing (looking in the microscopes)tomorrow

Other:
-TTC Photo day is THIS THURSDAY bring your smile, yourself and $5.00
-Girls if you haven't givin in your vaccination forms.....do so
-Scholastics need to be handed in
-Any other forms need to be handed in....(I'm not sure if there are any)

Homework and other for September 24th!

Heylo,

This is my first time doing blogging so forgive me (please =) ) if I make a HUGE mistake! Anyways, here's the homework!!!!!!!!!!!! 


Math: 
First of all, we have the math journal about a strategy we can use for any # to represent it as a power of 10 due on Tuesday!!! In whole numbers and other numbers greater than 0. Secondly, we have the math quiz on monday about expanded powers! Remember to study!!!!  The math quiz is two questions on equivalent representations. Something about knowledge and some other thing. Comment if you remember! Oh, also if you want, you can practice your poster! 


F.S:
Read up on symbols and hazard symbol sheet. Read up on food symbols. REMEMBER to bring in $5 and supplies so we can start cooking!!! Or sewing! Due in some time. Day 5.


Social Studies:
Finish writing the notes for pages 8 & 9, also remember to finish question # 1 due on tuesday!!!!!! 


Drama: 
Okay, we were soooo lucky to be given another like 5 weeks until our next presentation!! So practice (aimed at the groups who I know haven't practiced yet... cough cough) !!


Student Council:
Great job on your speeches!!!! Good luck!!! (Especially to Erin because she has some tough competition)!!!


Other:
Be ready for the Montreal and Ottawa information nights, if your going that is!!!!

Thursday's Homework!

Hey everyone :) Sorry fo postinf soooo late :( Anyways, here's today's homework:

Math-The math journal is due Monday NOT Friday. We will be working on the math journal in class tomorrow.

History-Read page 8+9 and make notes. Once you are done making notes, do question 1 on page 9 in your notebook. Due Day 5=Tuesday

FS: Get ALL of your materials+$5 by the next FS class so that we can start cooking. Read the "Hazard Symbol"+ the worksheet for it and Food Safety.

Drama-Our presentation is tomorrow, so be prepared to present! :)

On September 30 @ 6:30-7pm, there is an Ottawa trip information meeting.
On October 21 @ 7pm there is a Montreal information meeting.

Wednsday's Homework !

F.S - Read all the pages until "What do you know about food safety?"  Do "Hazard symbols: What do they mean?"  Do "What do you know about food safety?" Bring all the F.S items on the list. Bring your $5. Get all the F.S forms signed.

Drama - Our presentation is on FRIDAY PERIOD 4 . Make sure your group is ready ! Also, if you haven't gotten your class participation form signed yet, GET IT SIGNED.

Math - Journal due Friday.

French - Study for the determinant possessif quiz tomorrow ! (Mon, ma, mes. Ton, ta, tes etc.) 

Picture day is tomorrow ! Individual AND class pictures. 

For the girls, bring in your HPV form.

-There will be an optonial Chamber Meeting i am not sure when that will be....peleas comment if you know.

Hey guys!

People who only deposited $100 for the Montreal trip need to hand in their post dated cheques (or however you are paying) by tomorrow.

There is a meeting about Montreal on October 21st at 7pm. Make sure you attend even if you are unsure you are going to Montreal.

Bring in $10 for Mr.McLean's wedding gift by tomorrow.

Those who are trying out for Student Council Executive Positions, work on your speech over the weekend so that Mr.McLean, Ms.Cullimore, or Ms.Wallace can edit it :)

Tuesday's Homework!

Heyyyyyyyy everyone.....(it's been like 2 months since I last posted :P ).......anyways here is today's homework:

Math:
-Order the 5 numbers in order on a number line

French:
-Practice reading in french :P
-If you haven't presented today then you will present period 2,3A,3B or 5 (that is when we have homeroom) so.....BE READY!

Family Studies:
-Sign the formes and bring your money ($5) and F.S stuff  (in your F.S folder) for next class (I think that is when it is DUE!)

Science:
-Think of your 'Science Fair" project and find your partner (I don't know when ideas are due....)

Girls Health:
-Finish the illegal drugs worksheet that we got at the end of the class

Drama:
-Work on your drama presentation

Other:
-Bring money ($10) for Mr.McLean and Ms.Patterson's wedding (soon to be Mrs.McLean ;) ) the last day to bring it in is on FRIDAY

Hey guys!
This is the first post on the blog.
We dont have much homework but we do have to:
Get BBQ form signed, tommorow is the last day.
BBQ on THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 16th .

Get drama form signed, for next class and we are presenting family skit next class (SEPTEMBER 24th)

For those whom MR.Mclean pulled over about re-entering their information about Montreal, fill in forms.

Get a binder for science.

Boys bring gym clothes for gym tommorow.

Glee club auditions tommorow.

COME TO THE GREEN TEAM!! First meeting next monday.
